Stud Road, Wantirna South

A contemporary 15-townhouse development on Stud Road, combining strong framed forms, restrained materials and landscaped interfaces within a relatively dense residential layout. Bahrion’s involvement focused on reviewing the design from a construction perspective, considering buildability and construction methodology, and developing the internal kitchen layouts. The work helped carry the architectural intent through into more resolved and practical dwelling layouts.
