Tate Avenue, Wantirna South

A four-home development designed to sit comfortably within the established residential character of Wantirna South. Pitched roofs, articulated gables and a restrained material palette give the homes an individual residential expression rather than the appearance of a larger townhouse development. Bahrion reviewed the proposed structural approach and key design interfaces, with a focus on identifying practical construction issues before the project progresses further.
