Wollert Temple & Community Complex

The proposed development brings together a main temple, function centre, education centre, retail tenancies, short-term accommodation, meditation and recreation spaces within a single precinct. The mix spans NCC Classes 3, 5, 6 and 9b, creating a more complex set of compliance, servicing and delivery considerations. Bahrion undertook early cost planning, feasibility and project risk assessment to test the concept before further design development, with a focus on scope, budget, buildability and delivery risk.
